1. Identification

This website is operated by RAOD System LLC (Miami, Florida, USA) and its affiliated companies in Venezuela (RAOD System, C.A. and Smart System 0291, C.A.), hereinafter "RAOD System".

2. Acceptance

By using this site, contracting our services, or purchasing our products, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, we ask you not to use the site.

3. Services

RAOD System offers Odoo ERP implementation services, custom software development, automation with artificial intelligence, technical support, and training. The specific scope of each service is defined in the corresponding quote or proposal accepted by the client.

4. Quotes and payments

Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise indicated. Prices published on the site may change without prior notice. Projects begin after confirmation of the agreed payment and the complete delivery of the requested requirements; delivery times are calculated from that moment.

5. Third-party licenses

Odoo Enterprise licenses, hosting, and third-party services are governed by the terms of their respective providers. RAOD System acts as an implementer and partner, not as the issuer of such licenses.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, designs, logos, code) is the property of RAOD System or is used under license. Custom developments delivered to clients are governed by what is agreed upon in each contract.

7. Support

The published response times (SLA) apply on business days and hours and according to the plan contracted by each client.

8. Limitation of liability

RAOD System will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or interruptions of third-party services (hosting, connectivity, external platforms). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms; the current version will always be the one published on this page.
