1. Who we are
RAOD System LLC and its affiliates (see Terms and Conditions) are responsible for the processing of the data collected through this site.
2. Data we collect
(a) Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, company, and the content of your message. (b) Job applications: contact information, resume, responses to selection forms, and communications during the process. (c) Store purchases: billing and payment data processed through secure gateways (we do not store full card numbers). (d) Browsing: basic technical data for the operation of the site.
3. How we use it
To respond to your requests, prepare quotes, manage projects and support, process purchases, manage personnel selection processes, and send you relevant information about our services when you have requested it.
4. Where it is stored
Your data is managed in our Odoo system hosted on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, and only RAOD System personnel who need it to assist you have access to it.
5. Who do we share them with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers necessary for the service (payment processors, hosting) or when required by law.
6. Job applicants
Candidate data is kept in our talent pool to consider you for future vacancies, unless you request its deletion.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to info@raodsystem.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
